When you transfer a bike using the ePay Punjab app, Excise will issue a new number. This new number will not appear on the chassis plate. Instead, you need to retrieve it online.

At the moment, there is no direct online system to see all bikes registered against your CNIC.
- To check how many vehicles are on your name, you need to visit the nearest Excise office.
- An Excise Inspector can check this using your CNIC.
- In some cases, even a traffic police officer can verify details for you on request.
How to Transfer a Motorcycle in Punjab
If you want to transfer ownership of a bike, you can do it through the ePay Punjab App:
- Submit the transfer application.
- Pay the required fee through the app.
- Once the transfer is successful, Excise will issue a new registration number under the buyer’s CNIC.
